Complete Application Form
Tell us a little about yourself and we’ll help with the rest. Our convenient online application tool only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, We will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Application Review
We will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be advanced to the enrollment process by being sent an invoice or the payment page of your required course
Or asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Application Interview
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course,
For those who are requesting aid, you would be asked questions to know your understanding of the financial aid requirements or volunteer program.

Payment of Fees
Jars Traumatic Stress Institute will issue an invoice for your tuition fees, or send you to payment page of your required course. Invoices and one time payments are due prior to the commencement date.
On payment, you will be issued with a notification of receipt of payment.
Official receipt payments with more specific financial information can be made via email.
Requirements
Graduate Diploma Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
